Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions

Referring a friend

1. To be eligible to refer a friend, the person referring (the “referrer”) must:

*have a valid email address

2. To enter promotion, the referrer must follow the instructions on our website, including sending us an email to hello@soldmyhaus.co.uk and share details of the referral with their expressed permission.

3. By enrolling in the promotion, referrers agree that by sharing their referral with a friend, Soldmyhaus may share their name with that friend so the friend knows who has referred them.

4. The referrer may share news of the promotion by email or social media with their friends, family members or any other members of the public, who own a property in England, Scotland or Wales and may be interested in selling their home to Soldmyhaus.

5. A referrer cannot refer themselves.

Using a referral

1. To be eligible to accept a referral, the person accepting (the “friend”) must:

1. Have a valid email address
2. Be a new customer of Soldmyhaus after 1st October 2023.

2. Own a property in England, Scotland or Wales.

3. The friend must quote the “referrers” name and email address. The friend must use the same email address as given by the “referrer”.

4. By enrolling in the promotion, the friend agrees that their personal details will be used by Soldmyhaus and is therefore subject to Soldmyhaus’s privacy policy.

Getting the reward

1. Once the friend has completed on their Soldmyhaus sale, the referrer will be eligible to claim their voucher. The value of ‘Love2Shop’ gift voucher is: £150 for the referrer.

2. The dispatch of gift cards will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery.

General

1. The promoter is Soldmyhaus Ltd, Office 8, Titan Business Centre, Roydsdale Way, Euroway House, Bradford, BD4 6SE.

2. This promotion started on 1st October 2023.

3. Entering this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. No cash alternative will be offered. Soldmyhaus reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

5. The gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions by ‘Love2Shop’. Recipients of the gift cards agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.

6. ‘Love2Shop’ is not a sponsor of this promotion. Soldmyhaus or ‘Love2Shop’ is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. See ‘Love2Shop’ terms & conditions.

7. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions upon entry. Soldmyhaus reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award gift cards to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions

8. Soldmyhaus reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

9. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
